My experience was extremely disappointing. Both the manager and service advisor were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Their attitude and handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Due to this experience, I will never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone. I would strongly advise family, friends, and others to consider taking their business elsewhere.

Abu my service guy is great ! He is efficient and helpful always. I can always depend on him. My only concern and problem is with the car wash staff . They leave your car with water marks and does a half xxx job with no care. Why would I want my $100k car looking worse leaving than it came. Totally unacceptable. Nobody wants water marks all over the car. If you can’t do it properly. Don’t do it !

Terrible. Received vehicle back without detail, without proper weatherstrip being replaced amount other things even after speaking with the advisor manager Elijah. Service a couple months ago showed thickness of pads at 4 and now it magically shows 7 and the reason we got for the MAHOR discrepancy was it was measure wrong ??

Valet people need help, when I arrived the woman valet atendant took my information told me to sit down inside and ended up outing my paper on a desk of a person who wasn’t even there that day. After 30 minute wait I asked someone inside for help and they had informed me what the valet girl had done. I got out with a service advisor who was great. But I was very frustrated at what happened and how long I waited even though I had an appointment because of her mistake.

Service was fine. Steven Cohen is a good customer agent. No issues with either. However there was a $48 charge added for shop supplies. Hard to believe, when the parts list had everything down to $1.93 for acetone. This charge was clearly a xxxxxxxx revenue enhancement fee. Lost a seven year customer who bought three cars here over $48. Saw that Morgan was listed on problem dealerships today. Does not surprise me. I will be going elsewhere.
Service department sent us to the genius and then the genius sent us back to the service department because the genius couldn’t figure out the issue. Also, car needed be kept but wasn’t offered a complimentary loaner car for service required on a vehicle less than 3 months old and with less than 1,000 miles on it.
Service was good, albeit a bit slow. Everyone was kind and friendly. Juliet was great! Cafe was not open on a Saturday (not necessarily a negative, just an FYI), so seating was a bit limited for people waiting.
10/10 experience. Bought my 4th car with Frantz. Can’t wait to buy my 5th!
3rd time having my car serviced here, my service advisor Alberto is always great. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and is always on time. They provide transportation if you need it, the service itself is great they provide a video inspection of your car sent to you while they’re working. The process to drop off and pick up is quick and easy.

My Car was fixed by another persons Insurance and I did not receive any paperwork re the Cost of the work, that is the only thing I would have liked to know...

The customer experience initially was great. However when I was told my vehicle was ready I arrived and no o e acknowledged I was there. So it took longer to get my vehicle than it should have. Also the convenience fee for a credit card is ridiculous. It’s a cost of doing business in the 21st century

After I left and spoke to others who own BMWs, stated this is one of the most expensive BMW dealerships to service.

I had an extensive list of problems with the car that easily could have been diagnosed through the computer.
- gas efficient terrible below average
-parking assistant will turn on and try to reverse while driving forward.
- there is a terrible noise when I turn the steering wheel and reverse.
The tires have been hydroplaning while driving at low speeds. I asked for them to be replaced to rain tires and the rep refused to change them to rain tires pirelli.
The car is still there waiting for this service to me done.
