Kendry Candelario & Jeremy Behar gave me the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had...and I'm a car enthusiast who does this sort of thing often for myself as well as friends and family. I know exactly where the typical frustrations and challenges can show up in the car buying process and there was ZERO of any of that from start to finish. Quite the opposite. They made it fun and easy. Beyond that, Kendry absolutely bent over backwards from the first text message to the moment I drove off; staying late, going in early, working fast across time zones with me, and pulling off what was admittedly an unfair ask to work around my schedule. All the way through the process to the finance office experience with Lamar Love, which was a value-add and enjoyable conversation based on tailoring the discussion to my specific situation and needs, not just pushing a host of combo's of added products, was great. It's the only time I've walked out with extended coverage because it's the only time it was catered so closely to what I valued that it made sense. I also walked out with my dream car at the best deal I found anywhere (and I looked everywhere), all with ease and zero headaches. These guys take customer service to a new level and operated with genuine integrity from start to finish. I was on my way to purchasing a Volvo however Coconut Creek BMW was the first dealership I came to before Volvo so I decided to stop. I knew nothing about a BMW until I met my sales representative Ovid Sachi who right away advised me that BMW was superior to Volvo and explained the differences. Ovid suggested we go for a test drive to experience the actual performance and feel of this vehicle. After test driving I didn’t want to look any further for another vehicle., this was it, a BMW X3. Ovid was very patient in explaining all the interior options, parking package, warranties etc, all of this was new to me and actually awesome. I’m fussy about my colors, Ovid then promised he could order the exact interior and exterior colors of my choice. It took a week or so to arrive but was so worth the wait. I get so many compliments on my new BMW. I’m extremely happy with my X3 and it would not have happened without the expertise of my sales representative OVID. Thank you Ovid! I must say that all of the employees who assisted with my sale at Coconut Creek BMW were top notch. Other employees who were just passing by while I was waiting for my documents took their time to stop and greet me with sincerity. THANK YOU!

I went to the dealership knowing nothing about BMWs. I was introduced to Stephen Austin for help and he took the time to make sure I knew the differences between the models and the various options and packages that I may want or need. What I was looking for was an uncommon collection of options and so I decided the best path was to order a vehicle. Stephen and I sat together to make sure I chose what I needed and left off what I did not. Stephen told me I should expect a build time of 6-8 weeks; based on the nightmare stories I have heard from friends who ordered other luxury cars, I told him I would bet the over. The new X5 came in in only 4 weeks (I would have lost that bet). Stephen took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived for delivery and was able to get in and out quickly!
