Worst dealership that I have ever dealt with! While trying to get information on a particular car they would not give me answers to my questions about the car and transaction. All they would tell me is how great the car was and how fast is was going to sell. Duane the salesman was no help. After a couple of days of no answer about sales tax in Florida, I emailed them back to tell me the car was sold. Also they tried to add almost $5000.00 in add on fees.

If you are an out of state buyer, by warned, they will scam you out of money. I own a marketing firm and I can tell you 100% this is a donest and crooked dealership form the word go. They charged me 510.00 per car for title, licence and fees and didn't send it to the tax collector. Then they said they would send a partial refund because their third party company charged them 300 instead of 196, that I also paid. I recently took my vehicle in for battery related concerns on Monday 06/10/2024 as I recently had work done on my car. During the visit they performed an inspection. Was communicating with a salesman for two weeks, finally made it out to dealership and did not receive much of a welcome upon arrival. The cars I was interested in were sold the night before and the salesman did not bother to inform me, despite the fact that I live 45 miles from the dealership. Vista uses this as an opportunity to prey on their customers with BS fees and charges. They want you to believe that they are required to charge you for a "safety inspection". I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned BMW from Vista BMW of Coconut Creek. The car was less than 1 year old and had 18,000 miles.
