All staff at this dealership in every position have been excellent . I have bought cars and serviced here for the past 20 years . Starting from the way the phone gets answered all the way to taking delivery of a new car is seamless . The salesman Liam McMahon and sales manager Ed McDonald were so pleasant to work with . Michelle Church in finance was not only extremely efficient but answered any questions before I even asked .Even at delivery the genius Angel stayed until I understood everything . This dealership staff works together and provides a pleasant experience for the clientele .

I went to pick up my car and I was told to wait outside as it was being brought out. It took almost 45 minutes before the car was ready. There was a guy vacuuming the car out. A few days prior to me bringing the car in I had actually vacuumed out the car so this would have been a 5 quicky. The guy was there for over 25 minutes vacuuming. When I finally got the car to me it was filthy. Black marks alll over the seats arm rests. They are white. The car is hardly used and still brand new.
Sales person and finance guy were great! Everything went well and didnt take long to finish the sale.
10/10 service. I am very impressed with Danielle in terms of her knowledge base, her patience, and she as well as the financial person was able to get me down to the monthly payments I felt comfortable with. I feel like they listened and delivered. Highly recommend!

They try to charge you for more things wrong than what really was wrong that’s sad I’ll never go back to them again they got me a charge card approved for $8000 and the job was 7800 and something dollars. What a coincidence took it to another reliable source and was only charged less than three grand. The car is perfect now and I love it.

Eric my salesman was great when I had an issue he made sure everything was taken care of. My only issue I had was the marking up the price of the car. Sometimes it is better to get a standard costs like dealership like Carmax and Carvana. I love my car but I think I paid overpriced for it.

Had alpena for 6 weeks- after one month had to physically go back to dealership and prove that the air condition was not working properly with my own gauge and get head of service involved. Second time same issue - deters us from getting another bmw!

Service Department and advisor (Alberto Fuenmayor) were exceptional. Sales representatives (Danielle Klein) was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with re: the purchase of my previously lease auto. The finance department (Michelle) was inexplicably in a severe rush to the point of being rude. Not much more I can add to this.

Very easy to book appointment, the rest not so much. Communication was non existent. I had to call several times for updates beyond the initial automated video. Was told I would have a loaner since car stayed over a weekend and never heard about it nor received one.
From the Sales to finance all the way through service this dealership is by far the best. Anderson is service is always available to guide you with the best service possible. The store GM Mike is involved is every deal, and makes sure the customer is taken care of.

The service department is beyond poor, and getting any updates on my car was almost impossible. I came in at 9 am for the replacement of rt front well rubber arch , oil change and brake fluid change. I tried to get updates all day finally told it would be ready the following afternoon. Phone calls dropped people didn’t help or know anything. Prices very high but they were paid. Was called at 9 am to pick up car. Left Mini and went to tire store, had new quality tires and front alignment done. Your service was terrible.

I brought my 2020 X5 in for an AC cooling issue, and the evaporator was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, right after pickup, the AC compressor failed (knocking noise and smoke within a minute of driving), requiring a second, larger repair.
Communication during this process was slow — it took multiple follow-ups and eventually involving BMW Customer Relations to get clarity on the cause and coverage. Once BMW Customer Relations got involved, the dealership did move forward and covered the additional repair under a goodwill/loyalty program, which I appreciated.

Purchased a brand new 2026 M5 Sedan from them. Great work by them to win my business. I already owned a 2021 X5. They did a great job with my 2021 X5. Car had a notice that popped up on the BMW app. They diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair price for the work that was needed to replace an auxiliary battery on the X5.
I. Do not recommend this dealership. I recently bought an 3. I was never told what kind of tires were on this car. All my other X3s had run flats. Apparently this car has special tires. I had a flat tire. My car had to be towed to a dealer, not coconut creek (to far from me) I had to wait 2 days for my car. Apparently most dealerships do not carry this tire.
