I’m not sure how closely connected the body shop is to the BMW brand, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from the BMW Coconut Creek Collision Center—unless you enjoy hearing excuses, waiting half a year to get your car back, and spending extra time and money locating and purchasing parts yourself. If you decide to purchase the parts and deliver them to the shop, triple-check the part number they provide you, because there’s a good chance it will be wrong. And rest assured, if there’s a mistake, it will somehow be someone else’s fault—not theirs. You may even get reimbursed eventually, despite being told, “Bring the parts and we’ll just cut you a check.” In my case, “eventually” meant waiting far longer than I was led to believe. BMW Coconut Creek provides a truly hands-on customer experience—so hands-on that you may find yourself doing some of the legwork required to get your own car repaired and returned. Communication is provided occasionally, although it is often to inform you that something you were previously told was incorrect. There is certainly no shortage of apologies or excuses at BMW Coconut Creek Collision Center. If you don’t hear from them and have to repeatedly track someone down for an update, remember: no news is bad news. So, if you enjoy doing extra work, don’t particularly appreciate receiving accurate information, and have no problem with deadlines and expectations not being met, then BMW of Coconut Creek Collision Center is the place for you. They’ll find a way to disappoint you—I guarantee it! I’m sure their sales department is amazing, but unfortunately, this experience has seriously tainted my perception of the BMW brand. Hopefully, sharing my experience helps at least one person make a more informed decision.

At no point did I ever feel pressured or like he was simply trying to close a deal. He took the time to answer all of my questions, worked through different options with me, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the right decision for myself. What stood out to me the most was that he treated me with the same level of respect and professionalism throughout the entire process, even when it became clear that I might end up going in a different direction. That says a lot about someone. Even though I did not leave in a BMW this time, JC left such a positive impression that if I decide to buy a BMW in the future, he will absolutely be the first person I call. Excellent service experience from check in to pick up

My car shopping experience at BMW Coconut Creek was extremely pleasant from start to end. This is not the first vehicle. I’ve purchased there and will definitely not be my last. The sales woman name Leticia was very knowledgeable on the multiple vehicles that she showed me. She was able to help with the whole process. She followed up with a phone call to ask how she was able to continue to help even after the purchase.

Excellent as usual. I am very loyal and go back to Coconut Creek BMW because they always do me right and are always very nice. I love their customer service and I love working with JC sales manager.

Alan Moreno is an excellent service provider! Booking online is easy but to reserve a loaner you need to call just a heads up! Overall my experience was great.

Joshua is the best to ever do it. I call lateee needing a purchase order, he got it to me the same night with pictures and videos. Followed up the next day with excellent service and hospitality. Gave me a brand new BMW Hat and Key Tags for my purchase. Also he got me in and out of the dealership quickly with a nice detail included.

Everyone was polite and nice the only thing is no one took the time to explain all the features in my car the salesman was not very knowledgeable, I told them it was my first time buying a bmw (pre owned) so I’m on YouTube and reading the manual. I didn’t know I had to download an app. I didn’t know that there was a key card until one of my friends told me about it, same thing about the app. I give it a 5 experience nothing special

Overall, we had a very good experience with our BMW purchase. I am very satisfied with our salesperson, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to address the small details we noticed, including an issue with the leather seat, and we really appreciated his attention. Our main frustration was with the safety features available with adaptive cruise control. We were surprised to learn that the side safety monitoring feature we expected was either optional or not available on this vehicle. For a BMW in this price range, we honestly expected more advanced safety technology, especially when some less expensive and older vehicles offer similar features. This was disappointing for my husband and was a significant concern during the purchase. We also recently noticed that the fuel door was damaged when we received the vehicle, although we unfortunately did not discover it until a few days later. Despite these concerns, we really like the vehicle and appreciate the service we received. Overall, I would rate our experience 8 out of 10. We hope BMW continues to improve and expand its safety features across its vehicles.

Anderson Almonte is the best service rep they have there he was able to figure out all the issues with my car and saved me so much hassle and money he is the only employee at the place who shows real true care towards his clients rather then other who are always trying to get money out of your pockets truly a real bmw expert and knows his cars definitely recommend to see him if you need service!

The battery in my car went out. BMW of Coconut Creek was able to get me in same-day. From check-in to check-out everything went smooth, despite them being busy first thing in the morning. Alan was super helpful and explained things clearly. I got my battery replaced within 2 hours and we are back in action. I would recommend this place to anyone with car servicing needs!

I’m grateful for the advisor support however the car was not cleaned after service although I was informed it was.

On this occasion, I was returning a BMW that was going off lease. The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Emily was our initial contact who walked us through the process. Then I had the pleasure of working with Angel Fernandez at the Genius desk. He took care of the inspection and final paperwork. While all of this was taking place, Miriam in sales pleasantly distracted us with her charm while explaining all the advantages of doing business with this dealership. Ownership should be very proud to have this crew representing them!!

I already went to BMW Fort Lauderdale and Pompano when i decided to visit BMW Coconut Creek , just outside a person welcomed me and took me to a sales rep. Roberto Riera, Roberto was super professional, friendly show clearly great customer service orientation by showing all offers available related what I was looking for. We did a test drive and I love one of the cars he offer. The whole process was smooth and the ambient at the office was great with an area you can drink or eat while waiting for finance. The finance person was amazing ( American Jamaican) he took for all the process explaining all very clear and offering additional protection for the car . While there was able to meet the general mgr Michael Lucia , a service advisor Andy Nguyen and the BMW Genius Miguel Franco who help me setup my car and explain all features of this great car.
