WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! BMW of Coconut Creek - I purchased my X7 at BMW of Coconut Creek and one year later I found out the put a lien on my car and never transferred the tile to my name! I paid cash for this car, no financing. I only learned this when I tried to sell my car this week and couldn’t because of lien/titled to wrong person. I called dealership and spoke to LAURA (Title Rep) and she said “oh yeah, looks like we never registered the tile owner in your name and I’ll need to register it with Broward County, this will take a few weeks”….. So now I’m sitting here, losing the sale of my car and waiting for this to be resolved with the Broward County Title Services. HUGE mistake by BMW of Coconut Creek! - Laura never once apologized and only made me feel as if I were bothering her…. She also decided to put me on hold because she was done speaking with me and pawned me off on another person, nice! - I also called BMW of Coconut Creek Manager, Tim Cramer however never received a call back. Again, horrible customer service… Looks like like the only care and provide customer service during a sale, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
Just purchased a 2025 x3 from BMW of Coconut Creek and had an excellent experience dealing with our advisor (Zole), finance guy (Lamar) and manager (do not remember his name but he was great). The price paid for the car was excellent, beat all other deals (and I shopped around extensively). It was a super easy and pleasant transaction - everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to work with. One of the best purchasing experiences in the past 50 years for me! I highly recommend BMW of Coconut Creek and suggest you stop by to see Zole if ever in the market for a new car.
Just bought a car at BMW coconut creek .It was a fantastic experience ! My salesman Andy was the best , so kind and helpful and patient with me , All the staff made it a very pleasant experience.Would definetly recommend dealing with them!!! M
Horrific Experience at Vista BMW of Coconut Creek. Reconsider purchasing any vehicle from Vista BMW of Coconut creek. You will thank me later. On February 15, 2024, I purchased a certified used 2021 BMW X4 M40I Sports. I felt sure of this purchase because of its certified used vehicle warranty of 1 year. The process of purchasing my vehicle took about 8 hours. William Curran who was the contract administrator was very quick for me to sign the lengthy paperwork with minimal counseling of what I was signing. I specifically asked about the certified warranty and gave me the run around. I was tired of the process and wanted to leave. On early December 2024, the BMW app on my phone notified me that my warranty was expired. Also, not even one year of owning the vehicle the BMW app also alerted me the oil change and all of the filters needed to be replaced. I was confused because I thought I had purchased a vehicle that had all this done already. Early January 2025, I had emailed General Manager of Vista Coconut Creek Tim Kraemer requesting him to contact me to discuss. Still as of today no response from Mr. Kraemer. On February 11, 2025, I attempted to contact BMW Used Vehicle Sales Manager Jaime Romany, left message to contact me with no success. On February 15, 2025, officially one year later, I decided to drive to Vista BMW of Coconut Creek to see Jaime Romany. Walking into the dealership I see Mr. Romany outside his Office and approached him. Luckily for me, Mr. Romany had recognized me from the year before and started to stress my concern regarding the early alerts of the oil change and all filters. Mr. Romany offered to do the oil change and filter in-house free of charge or provide me with a $250 dollar check to have the oil change at another location. Mr. Romany did explain that the certified warranty did not include maintenance on the vehicle, that includes oil change and filters. I advised Mr. Romany I will schedule and appointment for the oil change. He recommended me to speak with Service Advisor Alan Moreno. I scheduled service with Mr. Moreno for February 17, 2025 @10am. On February 17, 2025, Mr. Moreno unaware of the compromise between Mr. Romany and I, mentioned additional unexpected fees. The entire cost of the oil change including filters and diagnostics came to be $1009.00, which was a lot whole lot more than the $250 initially advised by Mr. Romany. I advised Mr. Moreno that Used Vehicle Sales Manager Jamie Romany was going to cover the oil change and filters. Mr. Moreno advised he was going to walk to Mr. Romany’s Office to discuss. I started felt uneasy, 10 minutes later Mr. Moreno came with General Sales Manager, Oliver Ravkin. Mr. Ravkin seemed he was ready for battle. I advised Mr. Ravkin my concern and did advise I had already spoken to Mr. Romany about my oil change. Mr. Ravkin said certified warranty did not cover maintenance and there was nothing he can do for me. I did not want to argue with Mr. Ravkin, since it was clear he was as professional as a door knob. I’ve owned BMW’s for the past 20 plus years and have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from a Sales Manager. I will never do business with Vista BMW of Coconut Creek, nor recommend this location for business.

Worst dealership that I have ever dealt with! While trying to get information on a particular car they would not give me answers to my questions about the car and transaction. All they would tell me is how great the car was and how fast is was going to sell. Duane the salesman was no help. After a couple of days of no answer about sales tax in Florida, I emailed them back to tell me the car was sold. Also they tried to add almost $5000.00 in add on fees.
Go the process to buy the car took a little longer.Then I expected Luis Allen was excellent and also Lamar

We've done business here for many years having bought/leased four vehicles. I was so happy with their customer service forward way of doing business that I'd drive an hour each way to go back for service. Last month I went in and knew something was off. The service guy was absolutely padding my work order and I challenged him. I had to go back this week because the mechanic didn't reset the service due date in my car. I told the guy at the drive up check-in what I needed and he asked me if I had my service receipt??! Long story short I was lucky to get the scoop from someone that it was sold and everyone in virtually every department left. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know that they should not go there under any circumstances. --- In order to post this the website required me to "Rate people I worked with" and it was one named sales guy, no option for service, so Sam Assisi I apologize to you, we've never met but I had to give you 1 star also. DealerRater please fix this problem.
